The ProComply SOC training programs are more of a consulting project than simply a computer-based training program. There are
1. Three levels of instruction (Advanced, Standard and Basic Training)(see right-->)
2. Three target markets (Natural Gas, Electric Power and Both)
3. Three methods of possible delivery: Computer-based (CBT), Paper-based (for those w/o computer access) and Instructor-led (on-site)
Modification
The main advantage to selecting Pro-Comply is our unique ability to customize content as much as the client desires. We have dozens of natural gas and power clients, so our content has become very polished for any customer. Besides customizing content, our clients also set learning attributes they desire. Quiz difficulty, passing scores, number of re-takes and a dozen other variables are all selected by our clients in close consultation with our SOC subject matter experts and Instructional Designers. Our typical process looks like this:
1. PC will generate customized course content and distributes it to the client as Word or Powerpoint files.
2. Client then circulates copies to their team for comments and consolidates the revisions directly onto the files.
3. PC then converts the content and quiz changes into course files. We then upload the course to our training site.
4. As Learners, the Client completes one final review and approval before going live.
